Palatka Buffet

Nasty, nasty place. I've been to a lot of Chinese buffets but this is by far the worst. The place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The food was cold and most of it was disgusting. Do not waste your time or money.

A nice quaint little place for a $9 all day buffet. The food is real good, the staff is attentive and very helpful.The buffet is stuff with your favorites and a few lesser known dishes as well. Plenty to please anyone.Desserts are very good as well.Next time I come I will be on the other side at Leon's Sushi.

Great prices and good food. The staff is friendly and service is great. They have a limited selection of sushi with several selections of sauce including wasabi. Their dessert selections include hot apple pie and various ice cream flavors to scoop.

If you are in the area and want Chinese buffet this will do. I would not go out of my way to eat there. Decent food. Not the nicest setting but it was clean.

I would really, really love to give this place five stars because this use to be my favorite restaurant to eat at. I didn't care that my kids didn't care for it, if I could eat at Golden Corral for them than they could do this for me, but now I can't even drag myself to do it. And it's not even that the food is bad per se. But I think the warming and cooling elements under the food need to be replaced, like pronto.

Great food cheap prices

Best Asian buffet. Traditional and Americanized options. Family and large dinning are on north end, bar with some dinning on South end, and a buffett with sushi in between. Did I mention they have alcohol?😁 Always clean, good, friendly, and fairly priced.

It was pretty good this time everything was almost perfect some of it was dried up from sitting in the hot plates to long but they had many choices to from

This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I genuinely hope that I just got there at the wrong times because some of the food wasn't half bad. The service was fair and the egg drop soup was delicious but unfortunately almost everything else was gross. I even waited for them to change some of the pans out with fresh food and it was still gross. I contemplated refusing to pay after my first few bites and just leaving but I'm fair and stayed and was thoroughly unimpressed. They seems pretty busy though so I'm hoping that it was just an off day because really do enjoy a good Chinese buffet. Step it up please!

Use to give it a 4 star but its going down hill

Great price, fabulous service, delicious Chinese buffet. The only thing lacking was in the decor, but who cares? The place is clean and SPOTLESS!

I wish I had read the reviews! I don't care how cheap the buffet (we paid $8 a person) the food should at least be edible! The food was either cold or lukewarm at best. What we did try to eat was super greasy or very dry. The crab rangoon had no crab. . .We ate at 5pm. On a Friday. I figure that to be part of peak time. The food looked at least an hour old. It was one of the worst buffets we have ever been to. As for being a Chinese restaurant. . . they leave much to be desired.

Great food, nice variety and everything is FRESH, ALWAYS. I'd pay extra for more of a Sushi variety. If they do this, they go from a 4 to a 5! I really enjoy this restaurant. Everyone who works here is nice!

Delicious, fresh and inexpensive! Nice variety and there's sushi on the buffet too. Great wait staff, wonderful service and it's great to go somewhere and have people greet you by name! Love this place and Leo's Sushi! Both my everyday food go-to places! ❤️

Stumbled on this place by chance while on a business trip to St. Augustine. Didn't disappoint then, nor has it the several times since. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here whenever I'm passing through the area. The food is good for a typical all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet, and the price is right. The owner and his staff are incredibly gracious and welcoming; another reason for my detour. Try the sushi and coconut chicken. Yum!

Absolutely disgusting! Here on vacation from Virginia and this has got to be the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. My family and I have been sick since leaving the parking lot. I dont recommend this place!!

Good price, that's about it. Guy at door was nice, waitresses were rude, not only to us but everyone we seen. They picked up dirt plates, didn't speak a word except for a drink request when we sat down. Food was warm at best and plain. Only a few different options. Definitely will not be back.

I have been going to this buffet for years, and I have not a single complaint. I've been to many City's and States and I swear no other Chinese buffet satisfies me better than the food here. To me nothing compares!! Thru all 3 of my pregnancies I constantly craved their food and ate here atleast twice a month. And now my children 8, 4 and 5 months old love to eat here as well as my husband. You guys are doing an amazing job and the price is very fair. As you may know I'll always keep coming back. You guys are awesome and service is amazing. Keep up the good work.

I don't even know where to begin with this. The buffet looks halfway decent from a distance... But up close it was nothing to brag about. They had something labeled coconut shrimp that you could plainly see that fake crab meat & not one real shrimp. Most of the food look like it had been there way too long, and not very appetizing.The food that we weren't afraid to try left us feeling bloated, and not very good at all. Save your money and your digestive system and do not go here.

I was hungry so I did eat there but not a place to bring out of town company.Very nasty bathrooms. No fresh food came out the whole time we were there.

Has good selection of foods to choose from. Love the soups and lots of veggies. I enjoy salmon but sometimes doesn't seem to be kept as warm as I feel should be but won't stop me from coming back. The girls are always very helpful and courteous.

They have good food and service, I would like them to open back up soon, but closed during the COVID 19 pandemic

It's disappointing giving this place a 2. Everything is just dated and the food has serious temperature issues. The hot food was no where near hot, best described as luke warm. The desserts, which were small cakes and such are ones that would best be served cool to cold. Again, luke warm would be the best description of their temperature. The food was about average with the standouts being the won ton soup, the fried plantains, and the pepper shrimp for me. Egg rolls were not hot and too mushy. Other items seemed inconsistently sauced or left to die on the buffet. The potstickers seemed good inside, but there were dried out parts along the edge and they just seemed oddly old for me arriving 30 minutes after they opened. Every staff member was friendly and I observed a few of them helping elderly and disabled patrons fill and carry their plates back to their tables, a nice gesture.

Leo’s Sushi is the best in town!

Love the staff! Peaceful environment and excellent food! Would love to see them make some improvements to the building but I don't go there for the view just the food! Thanks for taking care of my family

I've went here to eat for the first time with my sister and I got to say it's an amazing Chinese buffet as everything I had tasted good.

My husband and I love this place. Their service is really good their staff always has a smile on their faces. The food is really good and flavorful.

Selection of food is good and it tastes good BUT I have been sick after leaving here twice. The place is very dirty and needs renovation. The owner is very friendly but we just can't go back.

Was told that I wouldn't be served and was asked to leave because I had a service dog who was behaving, had it's service jacket on and was working for me. I tried giving them a card that explains rules and regulations for services dogs and was told that they didn't care and that they wasn't going to read anything I had to show them. I'm a disabled veteran who needs my service dog with me every where I go. Yes I am reporting them to the ADA Federal Law enforcement on Monday when they open. Also this place has a sign outside of the building announcing $8.49 All You can eat All day Buffet. However once inside they were charging people $11.99.

I love Chinese food! I was done in the area visiting and enjoyed eating at this establishment. I really loved the food!

Family friendly food good and very reasonable.

If you're looking for a five-star restaurant, this is not it. However, if you're looking for a reasonably good, reasonably priced (under $12 a head w/drink) Chinese buffet, you should give this place a try. Don't let the exterior of the building or the dated decor on the inside fool you. The thing that kills most Chinese buffets is there can be many items on the buffet table but they all taste the same. I did not find this to be the case here. The black pepper chicken tasted like black pepper chicken should taste, the pork with vegetables like pork with vegetables, etc. I particularly enjoyed the hot and sour soup, the hot and sour flavors nicely balanced and neither too thick or too thin. The vegetable egg foo young was also very good. Plump, firm and cooked all the way through, it, with the gravy, was tasty.

Leo's sushi is located inside this Chinese buffet, the buffet is great but Leo's is a hidden jewel. Great Sushi ask for the Sexy Roll, great service and atmosphere. LOVED IT!

Good food. Always fresh. AND YOU CAN NOT GO ANYWHERE AND STUFF YOURSELF FOR $8.50!!!
